REGISTRATION/TUITION/OTHER FEES: A Registration Fee is required
for each student registering for classes. This registration fee is
applicable for Fall, Winter, and Spring classes. Tuition is based on the
number of hours of class instruction per child, per week for the dance
season. A Rate Schedule is provided below. The dance season begins August
11, 2008 through
˝ of June 2009. Monthly installments are due on the first day
of each month for 10 ˝ months. Adjustments are not made for missed classes
or holidays. Classes missed due to inclement weather will not be made up.
Annual tuition may be paid as a lump sum amount. A 10% discount will be
deducted from the full tuition amount based on the number of hours of class
instruction per child, per week. Lump sum tuition is non-refundable.
A $25.00 late fee is charged for payments received after the 8th of
the month. A late fee of $50.00 is charged on the 1st day of the month if
payment for the prior month has not been received. A Bank Service Charge Fee
of $30.00 will be charged for all returned checks and all future payments
must be made in the form of cash or a money order payable to Studio 5D .
Your account must be paid current in order to receive your recital costumes
and participate in the recital.
MISSED CLASSES
Classes missed due to illness, school activities or family emergencies may
be made up in a similar class within one month of the date the missed class
occurred. No tuition adjustment is made for missed classes.
RECITAL AND COSTUME INFORMATION
Students who register after January will be unable to participate in
recital. A mandatory dress rehearsal will be held on the Friday prior to the
recital. In fairness to everyone, performance request for specific days or
shows can no longer be accepted. Recital costume fees are described below.
Costumes are not custom made for each child. Studio 5D will provide a
seamstress to make any necessary alterations for a nominal fee. Recital
costume payments are all non-refundable.
